HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Is the perfect gift not quite what you expected? Our holiday return policy makes it easy for you to return your item. We will gladly accept any item on return that was shipped between November 15, 2016 and December 31, 2016, up until January 31, 2017, subject to our other return guidelines listed below. Any item returned past 30 days from the delivery date will receive a store credit.
Our philosophy is simple: we want you to be satisfied with the products you receive from BJJWarehouse.com. We are happy to accept a return on most products in resalable condition (not washed, free of odors and with tags) within thirty (30) days from the date your order is delivered. - with no restocking fee! (Please note: for hygienic reasons we are unable to accept returns on mouth guards, groin protectors or health supplements)
How to Return
Returns can be initiated in 1 of 2 ways - from the order confirmation email or within the My Account section.
Order Confirmation Email
From your order confirmation email, click on the Returns button and follow the instructions to submit your return request.
Log in to the My Account section of the website and find the order you wish to return. Click the start return button and follow the instructions to submit your return request.
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. However, we do offer a quicker alternative to the traditional exchange policy.
First, follow the above instructions to obtain an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number, box up your return, write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to us. Now, simply place a new order for the replacement item you need, and we'll process it and get it shipped to you right away.
Your new item will be on its way to you while your return is on its way to us. They may even pass each other on the way. In the end, you'll receive your new order and we will process your return and issue you a refund or store credit three to five days faster than a traditional exchange.
Promotional Discounts and Items
We dig our customers, so we've always got a great promo (or ten) going, just check out our promotions page here!
If you choose to return an item that was part of a promotional discount, any refund you receive will be less the amount of the promotion.
If you received a bonus item with your order and choose to return a qualifying item(s), you must also return the bonus item. Failure to return the bonus item will result in a decrease in your refund equal to the value of the bonus item.
Manufacturer Shipped Items
We're passionate about offering a full line of gear to our customers. In order to maximize our selection, some of the items we offer ship direct from the manufacturer.
If you need to return an item shipped in this manner, contact customer support and fill out the information as instructed in the How to Return section.
This will help us maintain our strict quality standards and we'll work with the manufacturer directly to get your return set up.
Typically, returns are processed within two business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, you should see the refund within a few days after processing. If you haven't received your refund in ten business days after we received your return, please contact us for additional assistance.
